“Cosecha propia”
A personal spectacle formed by pieces written by the big band musicians themselves. For this production, two of the most outstanding pieces of Javier Galiana’s “Trafalgar Suite” have been selected, to which are added to the two suites composed by Pedro Cortejosa: Your back and The Certainty of the Chrysanthemum.
Highlighting the intervention of Miguel López, band director, who this time will shake the baton from the piano stand.
What happened at the last Jazzahara Festival 2019 was also the absolute premiere of some of these scores, as part of the commitment in the exhibition of own works whose creation fortunately does not stop.
